    The package includes the initial review of the documents, a virtual get-to-know-you meeting (30 minutes), the review and commentary of the contract including any annexes in German/English at Red Flag level (but not the review of participation programs and/or pension provisions) (approx. 2.5 hours), a virtual meeting to discuss the results (1 hour), as well as a maximum of two rounds by e-mail to answer any queries during the further course of the negotiations (1 hour). Further queries are then possible for an additional charge (hourly rate). Payment condition: 100% prepayment.
