• Born 1984 in Munich (Sendling)
• Legal studies at the LMU Munich; Doctorate 2013 with a thesis on “Collective bargaining censorship” (“Tarifzensur“).
• Admitted as lawyer in 2013, Special Qualification in Labour Law in 2016.
• 2013 to 2018: Lawyer in the “Employment & Pensions” team of the international commercial law firm Noerr LLP, initially in the Munich office and later establishing a new office in Hamburg.
• Comprehensive practical experience in court and out-of-court advice in collective labour law, especially in the airline, banking, food, metal and electrical industries.
• Several months as visiting attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Los Angeles, USA in 2016 and as a junior lawyer in China at Bosch (China) Investment Ltd. in 2013.
• Many publications in prominent legal periodicals, and specialist lectures.
• Founder and partner in Vielmeier Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
