You want to avoid being annoyed by unnecessary beginner's mistakes in a few years? You don't have a professional HR department yet and therefore have many questions? You shy away from legal advice because of the costs, but above all because the costs are unclear?

We are young founders ourselves and find start-ups elementary for our economy. So we want to support you and your project. That's why we give all start-ups one hour of our time extra every month in the Labour Law Starter consulting package. We offer you professional advice on labour law at the best price - with maximum cost certainty.

Our fee:
  • Flat rate in employment law for start-ups.
  • Fixed Fee 500 EUR net per month ("fixed price advice" in labour law for start-ups), payable in advance.
  • Can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.
  • We advise start-ups throughout Germany.
Your added value:
  • Fast, pragmatic and legally sound answers to your everyday questions on individual employment law (for reasons of efficiency, only by email/Slack).
  • Maximum consulting time 2 hours per month plus 1 hour per month free of charge for start-ups (cost airbag). All other activities then only by separate agreement.

Consultancy Package Labour Law Plus

Our classic for medium-sized companies between 26 and 200 employees.

The target group:

Your company has grown in the meantime and has appropriate structures. A small but fine HR department takes care of the staff; you find many good practical solutions yourselves. Nevertheless, you still have some labour law issues that you are unsure about, where a lawyer should take a look or where you are simply looking for an experienced discussion partner with whom you can exchange ideas.

It is important to you: your advisor should think, work and be accessible like an internal colleague.

Our fee:
  • Flat rate in employment law for companies.
  • Fixed Fee 1900 EUR net per month ("fixed price advice" in employment law for companies), payable in advance.
  • Can be terminated at any time with a notice period of 1 month to the end of the quarter.
  • You will receive a substantial quantity discount compared to our hourly rates.
  • We advise companies throughout Germany.

The Optimum labour law package has become too small for you because you may now have a works council or the number of labour law issues is increasing. You are looking for a consultant to support your in-house colleagues, who may also spend a few days at your premises. You want a larger volume, but still want to be able to calculate labour law for your company.
